I bought three of these for my granddaughter’s Christmas presents. I took each one out of the box to make sure they all worked. And yes they worked fine. It is a nice size and lightweight. The lights are quite bright. My problem is the box clearly says there was supposed to be a cleaning cloth included and not one had a cleaning cloth in the box. Manufacturer, would you please send me three cloths that I can put in the boxes? Thank you. I also want to add that they were packed extremely well. Thank you Amazon packers!UPDATE: The seller responded to my review immediately and explained they eliminated the cleaning cloths in response to customer complaints (cloth too small, lint, did not clean) but neglected to take off of the box contents list. They immediately gave me a partial refund. Hopefully they have since removed cloths from box contents list. I am very satisfied with their quick response.Everything about this mirror is great! It’s light weight, adjustable, and I appreciate the plug in feature and also the battery feature. However, the box states that it includes a cloth to clean the mirror with, and my box did not come with that.It’s bright! You have the option to dim the lights though, so that’s cool!I wish there were light across the top and bottom. I feel like the middle of my face is in a shadow when I’m doing my makeup because the lights are only on the sides.This works nicely, but after a few months, the slot to plug it in has stopped working, so I can only light it up using batteries. The lights aren’t as bright as I’d like either, but I’ll keep using it for as long as I can!Nice but not brightDaughter 15 yr old loves it.Doesn't stay in medium to low light!Only one high!?Best purchase I could have ever made!!!I don’t think I’ve ever been this disappointed with a product before. The box came damaged, with a missing base and charger for the actual mirror. Not to mention that there is a spot that looks like rust on the mirror itself. Needless to say, I’ll be sending this back and purchasing a mirror somewhere else.
