It's nice. But smallish. It also came with one of the glass panels cracked. (did not contact company to replace, so I can't comment on their customer service) Has a mat black finish, bottom of lamp is open to element ( and bugs). I like it but probably would not buy again.We moved into a house that had a dingy old lantern in the front yard that had been there since the house was built (circa 1960's) Just got this in and it was so easy to install and made my house look sooo much better. well worth the money!!!
