I rarely write reviews, and this was a gift to my Mother, but she felt very strongly about this water dispenser and sent me the following review to post:This is my Review of Euhomey Model WC-C : it is quiet and unobtrusive. The hot water is hot enough to drink cautiously, but not so hot as to get burnt and No hot steam that burns as it dispenses. It also doesn't splash the hot water as it dispenses. The cold water is plenty cold and it is self disinfecting with the UV light, coming on 20 minutes every 2 hours. The filling tube is angled so no having to switch out tubes for different size water jugs!The bottom fill is very good for me so I don't have to lift the heavy jugs, great for the elderly. I love it and will call it Butler, because it's perfect.5 stars the entire family recommends "Butler"
